The David Gitlitz Comedia Prize in Pedagogy and Mentorship 

Awarded every three years to an outstanding teacher and mentor of Hispanic classical theater. This prize, which is intended to encourage the professional development and mentorship of a new generation of comediantes, consists of a certificate and recognition on the AHCT website and conference program.
