Conference Fees and Registration

Early Bird Conference Fees (before July 15):

Regular Conference Fees (July 16-August 15):

      • Auditor fee $20

Only auditors can register after August 15. Presenters must register for the conference by August 15 to participate on the program.

Conference Registration will open after June 20, 2026.

If you work for, or study at, a university or theater company outside of the United States and were unable to secure funds or a visa to travel to the U.S., you may choose to present via online conference on Zoom. This choice is not available for individuals who are currently affiliated with an institution within the United States.

Please keep in mind that if you present online, you will only have access to your panel. The rest of the conference will not be broadcast. There is no special price for online presentation. You must ensure that you have a stable internet connection.
